????Gorgeous 6 year old (derby eligible) 1D/2D mare. Built like a tank - solid 14.3 hands - so pretty you could show her in a halter class. Been worked on poles but never ran. I could also see her making a multi event horse - goat tying, breakaway - whatever you want to do!????
Or go hit the big incentive races with Connie! Paid into a bunch of incentives - Pink, Ruby, Royal Crown, Breeders Challenge, FF, SSS, TC100 and Blue Collar.
We have owned Connie for over 4 years. She is a pleasure to be around - loves people and to be pampered. Good in the herd, for vet and farrier. She is our favorite to dry ride - broke with all the buttons - enjoys trail riding - NO buck. Normal barrel horse maintenance - hocks and stifles injected as needed depending on your preference and how much you haul. Her only vice like most mares she will kick if she is tied next to a strange horse or one that she doesn't like. Otherwise hauls good - easy keeper eats and drinks well on the road.
My daughter broke her wrist last summer so last year was a rough year for us. Connie is really coming into herself - has been solid 1D/2D from last fall through the winter and this spring - even won a race this winter! My daughter has moved on to this year's futurity horses and we plain have too many horses to fit on the trailer. Connie has been put on the backburner with us; and she deserves to be someone's #1 where I know she will shine!!!
